The Ashley Ridge boys and girls cross country teams will begin summer workouts on Monday, June 5th from 7:00 am until 8:30 am at Ashley Ridge High School (pickup/dropoff at he ARHS bus loop).
All athletes should have an athletic physical on the approved SCHSL physical form – a copy of the form can be found HERE.
Summer conditioning will continue every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday throughout the summer. Weight lifting sessions will be introduced on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the coming weeks (Schedule will be provided to all athletes on the first day of conditioning).
Athletes should come with appropriate athletic clothing and running shoes as well as a water bottle and a watch.
