ASHLEY RIDGE SPEED AND STRENGTH PROGRAM

Dear Middle School Future Swamp Fox Athletes and Parents,

We are excited to invite our future Swamp Fox athletes to be involved in our speed and strength program.  The importance of developing yourself as an athlete starts in the weight room and the sooner that you can be involved the better.  You will learn the proper technique on all the lifts and most importantly start developing relationships with your coaches and future teammates.  We look forward to having you join us and take our program to the next level. Lifting Dates:  (times for lifting will be from 4:20-6:00pm) Make sure you have t-shirt, shorts, and sneakers for all workouts.
