Track and Field Practice and Try-Out Information

The Ashley Ridge Track and Field Team will begin regular season practice on Monday, February 1st at 4:30.  Athletes should report to the ARHS Track through the visitor’s entrance to the football stadium.  All athletes that drive should park in the regular student parking lot (please do not park in the bus loop parking area).

Track and Field Parent Meeting

The Track and Field team parent meeting has been moved to Tuesday, Feb 18th at 6:30pm in the ARHS media center.

Track and Field Parent Meeting Postponed

The ARHS Track and Field parent meeting originally scheduled for Monday, Feb 10th has been postponed.  A new date and time will be announced later this week.    

2020 Track and Field Preseason Conditioning Information

The Ashley Ridge Track and Field Team will begin preseason conditioning on Wednesday, January 8th from 4:15 pm to 5:30 pm  at the ARHS Track.  Conditioning will continue every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday through the end of January. All interested athletes must have a current SCHSL physical to participate. Athletes should wear weather-appropriate athletic clothing
